All the business of the tavern goes through the hands of the owners. "Everything we make is done with joy and love. We have a certain butcher shop where we buy our products, we look for the raw material and we bring some products from different parts of Greece. We are very moved because what we have created has been done with struggle and love. After so many years we feel great joy because the customers who have become our friends over time come again and again"
Stathis & Giota
Stathis with studies in Economics fell in love with cooking starting to take his first professional steps in the kitchens a long time ago. In 2007, he met the woman of his life, Giota, and they decided to go into business together. "I studied Economics, but I ended up in the kitchen. It started as a joke with my friends where after school we would gather at houses and talk about what to eat and from there the germ stuck to me. At first I was alone, then I met Giota, who is a source of inspiration for me and we evolved together," says Stathis.
